Where do I find my card number and CVV?
The 16-digit card number is on the front of the card. The 3-digit CVV is on the back, near the signature strip.
My balance shows zero. What happened?
It usually means the card has been fully used. If you think that's wrong, call cardholder services at 1-833-322-6760 with your card handy.
Do gift cards expire?
The funds don't expire, but the physical card does. The expiration date is printed on the front. If yours has expired, we'll send a replacement at no charge.
